Ordering Information:

To receive retail/wholesale pricing, you must fill out the Dealer Inquiry Form. Once your information has been reviewed (usually within 24 hours), you will be emailed a username and password to access our on-line purchasing. Once there you will set up your own account with the on-line catalog for purchasing.
Once approved, you may order through our website or via fax (954.670.1602), 24 hours a day. You may also call customer service to place an order, toll free, at 954.670.1600.
Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.

Minimum Order Amount:

Minimum opening order is $100.00. Minimum reorder is $90.00 per order.
Minimums do not include shipping charges. Shipping is FOB Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33317


Shipping is via UPS Ground Service or common carrier. UPS shipments have a normal delivery of 4-8 business days, from date of pickup, within the continental United States. Additional shipping time is required for Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule:

If the item(s) ordered are in stock at our warehouse, we will ship most orders within 48 hours. If an item is on backorder to our warehouse, new orders will be held until the order can be shipped complete.
Most orders will be shipped complete within 10 business days of order placement. If you have special shipping requirement or questions, please call our customer service department at 954.670.1600.

Shipping Charges:

We charge a predetermined weight based cost of shipping according to current UPS/USPS posted rates. All shipping charges are FOB, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA


Items must be returned, freight prepaid, for full credit within 30 days, and in the same condition they left our premises. Shipping charges are not credited.
You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any items, by calling Customer Service at 954-670-1600.

Damaged Goods:

Should an item be received broken or damaged, email or telephone our Customer Service Department at 954.670.1600 within 2 days of reciept of goods.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Claims will be placed with the appropriate freight carrier for reimbursement.
